How coaching works

Coaching is about understanding what you need in order to function well and feel well, both in your professional and personal life. It consists of structured conversations where we work practically with what feels difficult, overwhelming, or stuck. You will gain clarity in identifying patterns on how you think and respond. We put words to what feels unclear or challenging, break it down into manageable parts, and define clear, next steps forward together. This is for you if you feel overwhelmed, caught in recurring patterns or simply want to understand yourself better. It is also for you if things are working well, but you want greater direction, balance, and long-term sustainability.

The focus is on you, your thoughts, emotions, experiences, reality and goals. 

Coaching does not replace psychological treatment (which often focuses on addressing mental health conditions and reducing symptoms). You are, of course, welcome to talk about anything you would like during our sessions. However, my work is grounded in the science of cognitive neuroscience - applied positive psychology, which focuses on strengthening what already works. For example: resilience, character strengths, self-awareness, motivation, well-being, and emotional regulation.

Psychological coaching can therefore be an alternative if you want a forward-focused and practical approach to working with your current situation.

Topics may include stress, recovery, focus, motivation or sleep. All content is grounded in research and translated into concrete strategies that can be applied immediately.

Individual and confidential coaching for employees, offered us part of the organizations work environment, and sustainability initiatives. 

The aim is to strengthen structure, decision-making, and a consistent  performance in high-demand work environments.
