About
Music, psychology and human performance
I'm a songwriter, artist, and psychological coach based in Skövde. My work spans both music and coaching, supporting individuals who want to align their drive and ambition with sustainable well-being.
Alongside my artistic practice, I hold a degree in cognitive neuroscience - applied positive psychology. I draw on this background both on stage and in my coaching work, especially with people who set high expectations for themselves but often feel overwhelmed.
