How coaching works

Coaching is about understanding what you need in order to function well and feel well, both in your professional and personal life. It consists of structured conversations where we work practically with what feels difficult, overwhelming, or stuck.

You will gain clarity in identifying patterns on how you think and respond. Will you put words to what feels unclear or challenging, break it down into manageable parts, and define clear, concrete, next steps forward. 

This is for you if you feel overwhelmed, caught in recurring patterns or simply want to understand yourself better. It is also for you if things are working relatively well, but you want greater direction, balance, and long-term sustainability.

My work is grounded in research with cognitive neuroscience and applied positive psychology. This means we focus on how thoughts, behaviors, and habits actually operate in practice and how to work with them effectively.

Coaching does not replace psychological treatment or diagnosis. However, it can be a constructive alternative if you want a forward-focused practical approach to improving your situation.
